Piling on the Pressure

No bank holiday let up in the growing opposition to the Housing Act. There was wide coverage on Monday of local councils criticising Pay to Stay, a central part of the Act. 

The Local Government Association is calling on Government to 'rethink' Pay to Stay:  We got some coverage - see links below.
