from what i heard from Danny this morning during the eviction, bailiffs came but refused to produce ID or court eviction warrant paperwork.
The building has not been taken to court, so it was maybe a secret court Injuction,which the appeal court ruled should not be allowed in squat cases with no notice to our side to be able to defend ourselves.Thus circumventing all usual legal procedures.
OR it could have just been plain old Heavies coming to Illegally evict. The police were asked repeatedly to supply bailiff ID or paperwork,but ignored multiple requests, and went in with battering rams to support what seemed like a totally illegal eviction. NO JUSTICE JUST US.
