The residents of a former care home at the centre of a scandal involving the controversial Property Guardians scheme are still living there, after campaigners saw off an attempt to evict them on Wednesday. 
Bailiffs and staff from Property Guardian firm Camelot arrived at Broomhill elderly people’s home, along with council staff ready to board up the windows and doors, just before lunchtime on Wednesday (August 9).
