Tonight despite the best efforts of the GLA and the police an occupation is happening in parliament.a new law was passed about no tents or sleeping structures. However when the police were challenged about the by laws they claimed to be enforcing.they could not find a reason for which the bye laws came into effect.after a few hours of legal wrangling.the chief inspector was left stuttering on the phone to Bindmans solicitors.saying there was actually no reason why the bye laws should be enforced.the police stood down dropped their cordon and a direct democracy GA ensued.
