Slumdog Billionaire - Britain's most expensive squats Phoenix on Russia Today

This is smaller piece we did other week on Bishops avenue.Link soon to larger piece that went out on Russia Today news,to its millions of viewers.
Cant believe the quote from Estate Agent " no one in their right mind would keep a building empty for longer than necessary."
Well there must be a lot of property investors, out of their right mind, out there land banking and buying to leave empty, just to accumulate more property value. Our government encourages the rotting housing market in the UK.

Homes for all is possible when there is 1.5 million empty buildings in the UK.
900,000 residential buildings (Empty Homes Agency Figures ) and 600,000 non residential /commercial properties (that its still legal to squat) Go on Just Do It!!!!!

Street Homelessness has doubled since the government criminalised residential squatting.
Today housing campaigners from Camden Housing Action Group squatted a council house that was for sale as a housing protest and the Police declined to arrest them, as they were occupying it as a protest rather than as somewhere to live. This is the third building occupied in this way and the Police have refused to arrest, after consulting with their inspectors.
This draconian law against sheltering in empty buildings is beginning to become un workable, viva the resistance.
