National Service Bill (HC Bill 32)
Just as Army recruitment figures are drastically falling, something to boost the canon fodder department of war for the illegal wars on Syria and Iran.
Dont be fooled with a bit of social help options, if your young and poor its the back door to the war machine.
National Service ended in the 1950s after ww2, some Tory Ministers obviously want to take us back to the 50s.
You know what sucks? This bill.
ReplyDeleteits a bit concerning, saw this link on FB, but nothing in any other media.
ReplyDeleteIs it a compulsory recruiting drive for the army, when their recruiting numbers are nose diving?
They're trying to have as many people battle-ready as they can, right on time for Syria to go ballistic.
ReplyDeleteJust watch, bombings in Syria will keep happening (by us probably) until we have a good excuse to go in, and if this bill passes, would you look at that, we just so happen to have expendable fucking troops to shift around like pawns in yet another middle eastern country.
